The initial days of treasure mining in the Goldrat were defined by a peculiar method known as sluicing. Developing from the necessity to extract precious minerals from the heavily laden riverbeds, sluicing became as a widespread practice. Skilled miners would build elaborate sluice boxes, meticulously channeling the river water to wash away the
